Return Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. Please provide us with your order number and photos of the product you are dissatisfied with.
To start a return, you can contact us at giftedfreaker@outlook.com. If your return is accepted, a member of our team will provide you with the return, replacement, or refund instructions.
Shipping fees return- Please note consumers are responsible for all returns shipping charges except for faulty items, or products damaged in transit. Shipping fees and taxes are non-refundable.
Refunds: we will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the return was approved or not. If approved, you’ll automatically be refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
